How long does it take to deliver my order?
For every order shipped within Greece, 1-2 working days are required. In inaccessible areas the delivery time may be longer by 1-2 working days.
Do you ship products abroad?
We currently ship only within Europe.
Can I return a product?
Keep in mind that when returning a product, it is very important to state the order number as well as your name and address. Without these details, we will not be able to process the refund. In addition, a detailed description of the problem is required – if you have a claim. Remember to provide us with a receipt for shipping charges if we need to refund them.

Depending on the postal service you use, the product will arrive at a different time. Once we receive the returned products, we will inspect them and process the return within 48 hours.
In how many days can I return the product?
If you are not completely satisfied with your product, simply return the unused product to its original packaging within 14 days of receipt for a refund.
When we receive the product, we will refund the value of the purchased product, including the initial shipping costs within 14 days. All products must be returned to their original packaging with all documented documents and the packaging must not have been broken or damaged in any other way – not even the product. Otherwise, no refund will be possible.
Am I charged for shipping costs?
You have to pay the shipping costs to return the goods and you also have to arrange this yourself. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our store. Make sure you pack the product securely to avoid damage.
Can I pay by cash on delivery abroad?
COD is valid only in Greece.
Can we order a specific watch?
You can contact us, having the product code and we will answer you immediately for availability and cost.
Are all products available on eshop?
All the products you will find in the online store are available. If there are products that are out of stock, we will most likely return them to a future product collection.
