Order cancellation \u2013 Complaints handling<\/strong>
\nOur customers can cancel their orders and return the goods at any time within 14 working days after delivery.
\nIf you are not satisfied with your product, and you wish to return it, you must contact toroloi.gr in writing, within 14 days from the date of delivery, via e-mail at toroloi.gr. Telephone cancellations are not accepted.<\/p>\n

In case you cancel your order, you will have to return the received products, and we will credit the amount of the order. You must return the product, its packaging and everything else that comes with the product must be intact and returned with it.
